Authorizes 100% federal cost-share for emergency relief funds for the reconstruction of the Francis Scott Key Bridge.
Addresses damage caused by the cargo ship Dali to the bridge and its approaches.
Applies to the bridge located in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
Ensures that any compensation or insurance proceeds received for the bridge’s repair will reduce the liability on the emergency fund for its reconstruction.
