- Amends Section 3056(a) of title 18, United States Code, to include the termination clause for Secret Service protection upon sentencing of such convictions.
- Applies to the categories of individuals eligible for Secret Service protection as outlined in paragraphs (1) through (8) of the mentioned section.
- Introduced with the short title “Denying Infinite Security and Government Resources Allocated toward Convicted and Extremely Dishonorable Former Protectees Act” or “DISGRACED Former Protectees Act”.
