Legislation Details
- Amends the Agricultural Act of 2014 to include additional payments for unborn livestock under the livestock indemnity payment program.
- Establishes payments for unborn livestock death losses incurred on or after January 1, 2024.
- Specifies that eligible producers on farms with such losses in excess of normal mortality due to specified conditions are eligible for additional payments.
