No Taxpayer Funds for Illegal Immigrant Identity Cards Act

Legislation Details

Prohibits the Secretary of Homeland Security from using Federal funds for the ICE Secure Docket Card program or similar programs that provide identity cards to unlawfully present aliens.
Prohibits the use of documentation related to immigration proceedings as proof of identification for eligibility for Federal public benefits.
Requires the Inspector General of the Department of Homeland Security to submit a report within six months of enactment detailing the establishment, operation, and costs of the ICE Secure Docket Card program or similar programs.
