Legislation Details

Amends the Help America Vote Act of 2002.
Allows states to use funds from the Act for improving physical security at polling places and for poll workers.
Specifically adds provisions for ensuring the physical security of election offices and election workers.
The amendment applies to funds available to states before or after the enactment of this legislation.
