A revised edition of the Rules and Manual of the House of Representatives for the One Hundred Nineteenth Congress is to be printed as a House document.
A total of three thousand additional copies will be printed and bound for use by the House of Representatives.
Out of the three thousand copies, nine hundred eighty will be bound in leather with a thumb index.
The delivery of the leather-bound copies will be directed by the Parliamentarian of the House.
