Legislation Details

Defines “agency” as per section 3502 of title 44, United States Code, excluding independent regulatory agencies.
Defines “implementation plan” as a strategic or other plan for implementing Executive Order 14019, which relates to promoting access to voting.
Requires the head of each agency to submit to Congress and make publicly available a report within 30 days after the enactment of the Act.
The report must include:
- A copy of each implementation plan of the agency.
- A status update and timeline on the implementation of each plan.
- The expected date of substantial completion of implementing each plan.
