Legislation Details

Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to continue the Resilient Food Systems Infrastructure program.
The program was established under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
Recipients of assistance can use funding for activities related to meat and poultry products.
The program will be carried out in the same manner as it was prior to the enactment of this legislation.
