Establishes the Sutton Mountain National Monument in Oregon, consisting of two management units: Upper Unit and Lower Unit.
Aims to conserve, protect, and manage the ecological integrity of Sutton Mountain and surrounding areas for future generations.
Mandates the Secretary of the Interior to develop a comprehensive management plan within three years, addressing ecological conditions, habitat restoration, recreation, and wildfire risk.
