Establishes a program within the Office of Family Violence Prevention and Services to award grants for preventing teen dating violence.

Supports the expansion of existing resources or training on preventing teen dating violence and forming healthy relationships.
Encourages the recruitment and retention of domestic and sexual violence professionals for educational purposes.
Applicants must describe their proposed initiatives, activities, programs, or training in their grant applications.
Requires that individuals providing or developing resources or training are adequately trained.
Involves domestic and sexual violence professionals, school leaders, officials, specialized personnel, staff of youth-serving organizations, and parents in the design of resources or training.
Defines eligible entities as community-based organizations, health agencies, local educational agencies, youth-serving organizations, faith-based organizations, and providers of after-school programs with experience or seeking to support educational programs on preventing teen dating violence.
Defines “teen dating violence” to include intimate partner violence, abuse, harassment, and stalking among individuals aged 11 to 19.
Authorizes $10,000,000 annually for fiscal years 2025 through 2029 to fund the program.
