Legislation Details

Amends title 5 of the United States Code regarding the reporting of periodic transaction reports.
Requires reports to be submitted no later than 15 days after receiving notification of the reporting requirement.
Establishes a maximum reporting deadline of 30 days after the transaction occurs.
The amendments will take effect 90 days after the enactment of the legislation.
Includes a technical correction to the language in the relevant section of the code.
