Legislation Details

Authorizes the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to enter into an agreement with the Montgomery County Land Bank.
Facilitates the transfer of approximately 58 acres of land near Dayton National Cemetery to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
The transfer must occur at no cost to the Department and without any consideration.
The Secretary must begin the transfer process within 30 days of receiving the offer from the Land Bank.
The land is intended for use as a national cemetery.
The transfer must be completed within three years of the offer.
