Modifies a House resolution to count first-session days as calendar days for timing a joint resolution to end the Feb. 1, 2025 national emergency; effective retroactively.
Official title: Amending House Resolution 211 to ensure that days occurring during the first session of the One Hundred Nineteenth Congress constitute calendar days for purposes of section 202 of the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1622) with respect to a joint resolution terminating a national emergency declared by the President on February 1, 2025.

Makes a narrow change to a prior House resolution so that days occurring during the first session of Congress count as calendar days when calculating the time for a joint resolution that would terminate the national emergency declared by the President on February 1, 2025. The amendment is applied retroactively as if it had been included when the earlier resolution was adopted.
