Requires the Secretary of the Army to create an "Army Quantum Readiness and Advanced Computing Initiative" to prepare the Army to integrate quantum computing, quantum-enabled technologies, and advanced computing into operations, intelligence, logistics, and command-and-control. The Initiative must identify applications, assess infrastructure and acquisition paths, develop workforce strategies, plan pilot demonstrations, and report readiness needs and recommended investments to congressional defense committees within 270 days of enactment. The law authorizes demonstration activities (architectures, quantum-enabled AI, post-quantum cybersecurity, resilient networking, and supporting infrastructure) and directs the Army to identify partnerships and legislative or acquisition authorities needed to accelerate adoption and mitigate operational risks.
