Camden National Battlefield Park Study Act

This bill tells the U.S. Interior Department to study the Camden Battlefield area in South Carolina, including the Battle of Camden site and Historic Camden. The study will look at whether the area should become part of the National Park System, how to protect and share its history, whether local partnerships could help manage it, and what it would cost to run and maintain it .

The Department must talk with other agencies, state and local governments, nonprofits, and interested people while doing the study. A report with results and any recommendations is due within three years after funding starts .
