Requires the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a special resource study of the Camden Battlefield area to evaluate its national significance and to consider whether it should be designated as a unit of the National Park System called Camden National Battlefield Park. The study must evaluate ways to protect and interpret the site, options for local management partnerships, and estimate Federal development and operating costs.

The study must be done in consultation with federal, state, local, private, nonprofit, and other interested parties, follow the procedures in federal law for National Park System studies, and be submitted to two congressional committees no later than three years after funds are first made available for the study.
