Combat Action Recognition and Evaluation (CARE) for Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Crews Act of 2025

This bill tells the military to create a clear mark in service records that shows when remotely piloted aircraft (drone) crews have taken part in combat. It must be treated the same as other combat status marks. The military departments have 180 days after the bill becomes law to set this up .
