Requires a one-time corrective increase and recurring annual adjustments to covered bonus, incentive, and special pays for members of the Armed Forces. Annual increases take effect each January 1 and equal the larger of the CPI percentage change or the percentage change in average/basic military pay, applied even when existing statutory caps would otherwise limit increases. Requires the Department of Defense to publish a Federal Register table by December 31 of the enactment year showing each covered pay, the last date it was increased, the calculated adjustment, and the new total; also updates statutory language to use the phrase “bonus, incentive, or special pay.”
