Requires an automatic one-time corrective increase and recurring annual adjustments to covered special, incentive, and bonus pays for active-duty and reserve members of the Armed Forces. Annual increases (each January 1) must be the greater of the CPI percentage change or the percentage change in average/basic military pay, and must be applied even if existing statutory caps would otherwise limit increases. Directs the Secretary of Defense to publish a Federal Register table listing each covered pay, the last increase date, the calculated increase, and the new total by December 31 of the enactment year. Also updates statutory language to use the phrase “bonus, incentive, or special pay” and removes a conditional clause in existing pay-law text.
