Electing Members to certain standing committees of the House of Representatives.

This measure simply assigns members of the U.S. House to four committees: Agriculture; Foreign Affairs; Natural Resources; and Science, Space, and Technology. It does not change laws or programs. It just fills the seats so these committees can carry out their work in those subject areas .
