Expressing support for the designation of June 19, 2025, as "Veterans of the Republic of Vietnam Armed Forces Day".

Recognizes the service, sacrifices, and postwar experiences of the Republic of Vietnam (South Vietnamese) Armed Forces and Vietnamese‑American veterans, and supports designating a commemorative day to honor them. It calls for remembering those who died or suffered during and after the war, notes refugee and resettlement experiences, and endorses a day of commemoration to honor veterans, victims, survivors, activists, and freedom fighters of the Vietnam War.
