This measure sets the daily start times for meetings of the U.S. House of Representatives. It says the House will meet at 2:00 p.m. on Mondays; at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesdays (or 2:00 p.m. if the House didn’t do legislative business on Monday); at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays; and at 9:00 a.m. on all other days. These times apply unless the House decides otherwise for a given day .
