Conveys about 21,578 acres of federal land in the Denali National Park and Preserve to Doyon, Limited, an Alaska Native corporation, subject to valid existing rights and reserved public easements. The conveyance excludes specified lots and lakebeds, prohibits transfers except back to the U.S., and restricts mining and development that would harm the cultural value of the Geese House; the Denali boundary is adjusted to remove the conveyed lands. The Secretary of the Interior must complete the transfer as soon as practicable but no later than one year after enactment, is authorized to make minor survey corrections with Doyon approval, and the conveyed lands are exempted from certain federal land selection and withdrawal rules.
