Renames the Department of Veterans Affairs community-based outpatient clinic in Las Cruces, New Mexico, as the Las Cruces Bataan Memorial Clinic. All references to the clinic in U.S. laws, regulations, maps, documents, records, and other official materials must use the new name after enactment. The change is in name only and does not alter VA programs, benefits, or funding.
