Creates a new federal outreach and education program run by the Department of Health and Human Services to improve behavioral and mental health and reduce stigma in Hispanic and Latino communities. The program must use culturally and linguistically appropriate, age-appropriate materials, involve community members, raise symptom awareness, share evidence-based treatment information, take a public‑health approach, and report to Congress annually. It authorizes $1,000,000 for fiscal year 2026 to carry out the work.
