This bill, called the No Corporate Crooks Act, would bar anyone who has served as a company’s CEO and was convicted of certain crimes from working in the federal executive branch. If someone like that is hired anyway, they must be removed from their job. The covered crimes include bribery, corruption, cybercrime, embezzlement, fraud, insider trading, wage theft, tax evasion, and copyright infringement.
