Blocks anyone who took part in the Hamas attacks on Israel beginning October 7, 2023 from entering or staying in the United States. These individuals would be denied immigration benefits or protections, including asylum, and could be deported.
It also requires the Department of Homeland Security to send annual reports to Congress on implementation. No funding, tax, or spending changes are included.
