Allows the Speaker of the House to choose a date for official portraits to be taken while the House is in session and permits the House to pay the costs of taking, preparing, and distributing those photographs from the House’s own accounts. The measure is a short, internal authorization for scheduling and covering the expenses of official House photographs.
Official title: Permitting official photographs of the House of Representatives to be taken while the House is in actual session on a date designated by the Speaker.
