Creates a temporary federal commission to plan, coordinate, and promote the 250th anniversary commemoration of the Philadelphia Campaign (1777–1778). The Commission will consult museums and historical institutions, prepare interim and final reports to Congress with recommendations and funding proposals, establish a voluntary registry of commemorative initiatives, hire staff, accept donations, and receive administrative support; it is authorized $2.5 million for fiscal year 2027 and $2.5 million for fiscal year 2028 and will terminate 120 days after submitting its final report (due by September 30, 2028).
