Senior Security Act of 2025
To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit the doxxing of law enforcement officers, prosecutors, and judges, and for other purposes.
To prohibit food retailers and third party delivery service providers from using technology that uses the personal data of consumer to engage in dynamic pricing, and for other purposes.
Feed Our Kids Act of 2026
Jersey Pride Tax Credit Act of 2026
Protect our Pets Act
The bill strengthens federal protection and prosecution against animal cruelty—giving victims, pet owners, and prosecutors more tools—while expanding federal criminalization and raising costs and legal risks that may disproportionately affect defendants and certain rural or commercial groups.
Build More Power Act
The bill improves short-term grid reliability and makes it easier for utilities to finance emergency-generation upgrades by reserving significant loan-guarantee authority, but it increases federal financial risk and risks locking in fossil infrastructure while disadvantaging smaller operators.
Parents Decide Act
The bill creates a federal system of OS-level age verification and FTC-backed rules that can better protect minors and help developers comply, at the cost of collecting sensitive DOB data, adding compliance and privacy risks, and imposing costs and legal burdens on smaller tech firms.
Making Reviews Certain Act
The bill prioritizes faster approvals and lower litigation risk for infrastructure and energy projects by narrowing NEPA review and limiting some judicial remedies, but those changes increase the likelihood that environmental, health, and justice-related harms will go unexamined and reduce avenues for affected communities to obtain relief.
Grid Expansion and Reliability Act
The bill speeds interstate transmission project delivery and creates more uniform federal review under FERC—benefiting utilities and grid buildout—but reduces DOE's role and local prior scrutiny, raising risks of community impact, coordination gaps, administrative errors, and legal disputes.
