This bill protects VA law enforcement employees' pay/grades and preserves continuity of veteran security services by blocking downgrades and limiting agency actions, but does so at the cost of higher federal personnel expenses, reduced managerial flexibility for classification reforms, and added administrative/legal complexity from retroactive restorations.
Safe Flights for Passengers and Flight Crews Act
