Prohibits the naming or renaming of any federal building, land, or other federal asset in the name of Donald J. Trump and bars use of federal funds to carry out such naming. Requires any federal asset that is named after Donald J. Trump as of enactment to be returned to the name required by existing federal law, effective upon enactment.
