Directs both the House of Representatives and the Senate to meet in the Hall of the House of Representatives on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at 9:00 p.m. to receive any message the President chooses to deliver. It simply sets the date, time, place, and purpose for that joint meeting to hear a Presidential communication.
