Cancels the Environmental Protection Agency’s final Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) rule on trichloroethylene (TCE), declaring that the EPA regulation published Dec. 17, 2024 (89 Fed. Reg. 102568) has no force or effect. The change takes effect on enactment and simply removes that specific federal rule; it does not by itself create new EPA requirements or funding.
Referred to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce.
