Nullifies a Department of the Interior regulation titled “Oil and Gas and Sulfur Operations in the Outer Continental Shelf—High Pressure High Temperature Updates” (89 Fed. Reg. 71076, Aug. 30, 2024). The rule is declared to have no force or effect, which prevents the specified regulatory changes for high‑pressure, high‑temperature offshore oil, gas, and sulfur operations from taking effect.
