Disapproves and nullifies a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services rule for Medicare Calendar Year 2025 that would have updated home health payment rates and related policies. The rule changes covered the Home Health Prospective Payment System rates, home health quality reporting, expansion of a home health value‑based purchasing model, and a rate update for home intravenous immune globulin (IVIG) items and services; this legislation declares that rule to have no force or effect.
