Disapproves and nullifies an FCC rule titled "Addressing the Homework Gap Through the E-Rate Program" (89 Fed. Reg. 67303, Aug. 20, 2024), so that the rule has no force or effect. The practical result is that the regulatory change the FCC made to the E-Rate program to address student broadband access at home is rescinded and cannot be implemented as written.
