Temporarily waives two House rules for consideration of H.R. 2913 and requires the Clerk to notify the Senate of passage within one week.
Waives two specified House rules for the sole purpose of permitting the House to consider H.R. 2913 without those rules applying, and directs the Clerk to notify the Senate that the House has passed H.R. 2913 within one week of passage. The resolution applies only to the floor consideration of H.R. 2913 and sets a timing requirement for communication to the Senate.
