Waives two specific House procedural rules to allow immediate consideration of a separate bill (H.R. 3310) and requires the Clerk of the House to notify the Senate that the House has passed that bill within one week of its passage. The resolution changes only House procedures for debate/consideration and sets a timing requirement for transmission to the Senate; it does not change substantive law or create new programs.
Official title: Providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 3310) to designate Venezuela under section 244 of the Immigration and Nationality Act to permit nationals of Venezuela to be eligible for temporary protected status under such section, and for other purposes.
