Introduced March 3, 2026 by Rosa L. Delauro · Last progress March 3, 2026
Waives two specific House procedural rules for consideration of a referenced House bill, allowing that bill to be considered without those particular rule-based restrictions. Also requires the Clerk of the House to notify the Senate that the House has passed the referenced bill within three calendar days of passage. These changes affect only House floor procedure and post-passage notification; they do not change the policy content of the underlying bill, appropriate funds, or impose requirements on states or the public.
