Public Health and Research Reforms in Controlled Substances Act of 2026

Official title: To amend the Controlled Substances Act to better align such Act with modern medical knowledge, establish a new system for the scheduling of controlled substances, redelegate certain authorities, promote scientific research, and for other purposes.
