Redesignates the primary playground in the Grandview area south of the amphitheater at New River Gorge National Park and Preserve in West Virginia as "Hearts of Gold Playground: In Honor of West Virginia Children and Families Impacted by Childhood Cancer." It also requires that any existing references in U.S. law, maps, regulations, documents, papers, or other records to that playground be treated as referring to the new name.
