Removes any House Member who ignored the Speaker’s order to leave the Well of the House on March 6, 2025, from all standing committee assignments for the remainder of the 119th Congress. The Sergeant at Arms must identify which Members stayed in the Well and submit that list to the Speaker within one week after the resolution is passed.

This is an internal House disciplinary action that changes committee membership immediately upon the Speaker receiving the Sergeant at Arms’ list; it does not appropriate funds or create new programs and applies only for the remainder of the 119th Congress.
