Requires the Secretary of the Army to deliver a detailed report to the House and Senate Armed Services Committees by April 15, 2027, on efforts to support production, testing, and sustainment of autonomous maneuver systems, related components, and low-cost interceptors. The report must address accelerating production and fielding, strengthening domestic supply chains for motors, batteries, sensors and related technologies, use of advanced manufacturing to scale production and meet surge needs, and coordination of testing and evaluation across Department of Defense assets and designated test centers. The report also must include how advanced manufacturing can be applied to repair, maintenance, and sustainment, and describe coordination among test ranges, the Ground Vehicle Systems Center, and Tank-automotive and Armaments Command. The requirement is informational: it directs a deadline, content topics, and interagency/DoD coordination for Congressional oversight and planning purposes.
