Extends the duration and eligibility rules for the Medicare rural community hospital demonstration program by changing several statutory cross-references from a 15‑year extension period to a 20‑year extension period and allowing certain hospitals that join the demonstration between December 30, 2024 and January 1, 2027 to receive enhanced treatment during the fourth five‑year block of that 20‑year extension.
