Creates a VA pilot program to bring dental services to veterans living in rural and highly rural areas using mobile delivery methods (vans, modular clinics, tents) beginning October 1, 2026 and running through September 30, 2029. The VA must prioritize locations more than 75 miles from a VA dental clinic and areas with high concentrations of veterans with unmet dental needs, and must report annually with service counts, costs by delivery method, locations, and recommendations on continuation or expansion.
