Safe Sips Act of 2026

Official title: To direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Commissioner of Food and Drugs, and the Secretary of the Treasury, acting through the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, to establish a system for color coding certain intoxicating drinks, and for other purposes.
