Servicemember Healthcare Freedom Act of 2025

This bill lets members of the Selected Reserve and National Guard who also work for the federal government choose TRICARE Reserve Select (a low-cost military health plan) even if they are eligible for the Federal Employees Health Benefits program. Today, being eligible for FEHB blocks many from enrolling in TRICARE Reserve Select; this bill removes that barrier to help with steady care during mobilizations and to support military readiness.
