Makes minor editorial and structural changes to two provisions of federal transit law by deleting one clause, inserting a conjunction, and shifting paragraph and subsection designations. The changes rename and renumber parts of 49 U.S.C. provisions to remove a deleted paragraph and a deleted subsection and adjust following designations accordingly. The bill contains only technical amendments to statutory text and does not create new programs, change funding levels, or add substantive policy requirements.
