Makes narrow, technical changes to federal transit law by removing two specific statutory provisions and adjusting paragraph and subsection numbering in two U.S. Code sections. The amendments delete one paragraph in 49 U.S.C. § 5323(h) and strike one subsection in 49 U.S.C. § 5309, then redesignate the following paragraphs/subsections to close gaps in numbering. The bill otherwise only sets a short title.
