Designates an organization described as “Antifa” as a domestic terrorist organization and directs federal agencies to investigate, disrupt, and dismantle individuals and networks tied to that label. It assigns the National Joint Terrorism Task Forces (JTTFs) to lead a national strategy, requires interagency coordination (including Justice and Treasury) to identify and disrupt financial and operational support, authorizes the Attorney General to recommend other groups for domestic-terrorist designation, and calls for grant programs and priority-setting to help law enforcement detect and prevent politically motivated violence. Implementation must be consistent with law and available appropriations and does not create private rights of action.
