Bars federal funds for introducing or continuing U.S. forces in hostilities that would violate the War Powers Resolution, with narrow exceptions for imminent attacks on the U.S. or its allies.
Prohibits federal funds from being used to introduce or continue U.S. Armed Forces in hostilities or situations clearly indicating imminent hostilities when doing so would violate the War Powers Resolution. Provides two narrow exceptions that still permit funding use to respond to an imminent attack on the United States (including territories and forces) or an imminent attack on a U.S. ally or partner.
Official title: To amend the War Powers Resolution to provide for the limitation on Federal funding in contravention of the requirements of the War Powers Resolution.
