Referred to the House Committee on Natural Resources.
This bill would stop the Interior Department’s Bureau of Land Management from putting a new land-use plan for the Rock Springs Field Office into action. The plan, published in December 2024, guides how public lands are managed in parts of southwestern Wyoming. The bill says the agency may not implement, run, or enforce that plan at all. The plan covers public lands in Lincoln, Sweetwater, Uinta, Sublette, and Fremont Counties and sets guidance for how those lands are managed.
